Project management

Eurocon has extensive experience in assisting clients in the field of project development, financing and management. At Eurocon, project management starts with translating the ideas of all parties involved into sound project descriptions with clear goals, a clear schedule and clear results. To Eurocon, achieving a high level of quality and communication is essential. We start by compiling a project management manual in mutual consultation with all the parties involved, ensuring a high degree of clarity in working agreements and procedures that are to be mutually observed.

Our primary specialism lies in the creative process necessary to translate a wealth of ideas into a project that is perfectly tailored to the result envisioned by the client or subsidiser. After extensive consultation with the persons and/or organisations involved, we will compile a draft project proposal. As soon as the client has approved this draft, a detailed project description will follow.

Together with the client and based on our experience, we will put forward an estimate of the time required and the costs, so that a sound budget can be compiled for the project.

Eurocon will also include financing in this budget. We will discuss who will be expected to pay certain costs, how much the client can put into the project and for which grants we can apply, if applicable. This will result in a realistic financing plan for the project. We will use the project description and the corresponding budget and financing plan to apply for possible grants.
